In October, as part of Mental Health Month, our team at CMW Design & Construct gathered on our sunny balcony overlooking beautiful Albert Park for a special event: a Big Blue Table Morning Tea in support of Beyond Blue.

We are thrilled to announce that CMW has completed our contract to fit out the new base for Stellantis in Melbourne, located at Mickleham.  Stellantis, a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation renowned for brands such as RAM, Jeep, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati, entrusted us with setting up their new home.

CMW are pleased to announce the completion of Stage Three of the works for RACV at Noble Park.  The final stage of the redevelopment was the upgrade of the RACV courtyard, revitalising a large open space for the RACV staff on site.

CMW are very proud to announce that we have been awarded the ESR Australia project to redevelop their Cherry Lane site.  Following on from our successful project for ESR at Somerton, CMW has won the tender to deliver the new 26,000+sqm warehouse and office project in Laverton North.

CMW has completed their first project for ESR at Stanley Drive in Somerton Victoria.  Adding an additional 10,300 sqm to the facility currently occupied by Sorbent Australia the new project achieves full utilisation of ESR’s property.

CMW has been engaged by Maersk to manage the installation of racking, building upgrades and office fit out at their new Melbourne Airport Business Park site.

CMW has delivered the latest project in our thirty-two year relationship with Victor Rudewych and the Mimivic Group.  The hardstand extension and new washdown area at Advanced Cranes' yard in Fitzgerald Road has been completed on schedule.

CMW have achieved Practical Completion of the new facility at No. 5 Horsburgh Drive, Altona North being the 11th project for ISPT and 1st for Aliro Group.

The AutoNexus vehicle fulfilment centre in Altona North is complete!  CMW achieved completion of the program with early access provided to AutoNexus’ contractors to set up the new workshop.

Work on the new dual carpark is progressing with the structure up and the concrete pours advancing.  The project team is working closely with the Client Rep, Direct Property Connect and the RACV to coordinate access for works and movement by staff and tenants around the busy site.

CMW is proud to be a 2023 Nominee for the Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Construction Awards.  Our project for The GPT Group in Truganina is nominated in the Excellence in Construction of Industrial Buildings Category.

CMW are pleased to announce that following on from the successful completion of Bowens, Cheltenham, we have commenced construction of the new Bowens, Hastings.

Bowens Cheltenham is now completed and open for business.  Intended to meet the high demand for building materials in the southeast suburbs, the new timber yard presents a bright new façade in the heart of the Reserve Road industrial precinct. 

With structural steel currently ongoing, construction is in full swing at 80 Stanley Drive, Somerton, Victoria.

The new office and warehouse project at 143 Foundation Road Truganina was completed on time and on budget and handed over to a happy client team.

CMW have recently completed a five-unit retail hub for TIJAC in Hastings.  Just around the corner from Bunnings Hastings, the new hub supports local pets and livestock (Pet Stock and Fur Life Vet), vehicle service (Mycar and Autopro) and construction (AWM Electrical).

Construction of the Bowen’s Cheltenham retail trade outlet and timber yard is well underway with full height precast installed, along with most of the structural steel.  Inground works continue, with services going down in preparation for concrete slab pours to start.

Construction of a 10,000m²+ speculative office and warehouse for The GPT Group at Foundation Estate in Truganina, is well underway.

CMW has completed the expansion of the CDC Bus Depot at Oakleigh South on time and on budget.  The work was completed in coordination with the Depot Operations Team, who were able to maintain all bus services without disruption from the construction.

The Annual Northern Health Corporate Senior Pro Am was held on Wednesday 14th March at the Growling Frog Golf Club in Yan Yean.  The event raises funds for the Northern Health Foundation, a foundation created to support the Northern Health network to provide its local community with high quality health care services.

With construction completed by CMW in June 2017, the new Bayford Ford, Epping dealership is located adjacent to Bayford VW and houses the group's head office, along with a large showroom and state of the art workshop facilities.  The total dealership floor area including corporate offices is in excess of 5,500m². 

With over 43 years of experience, DPE Kart Technology is a leader within the karting industry, manufacturing and distributing karting products.  CMW are proud to have completed the construction of a development for the company in Keysborough. 

CMW has completed the construction of Precision Business Park.  Located in Notting Hill, the development of ten office / warehouses includes the new head office of Precision International.
