CMW are excited to announce that we have been awarded the design and construct contract to deliver the next development at the PortLink Logistics Estate for ISPT Super Property and their development partners Aliro Group. 

The Lot 2 Horsburgh Drive Project will deliver a total building area in excess of 10,000m² with a super canopy and mezzanine offices for two tenancies.  The project is part of ISPT’s master planned PortLink Logistics Estate, serviced by major arterial roads and located within 15km of the CBD and the Port of Melbourne. 

The PortLink Project will be CMW’s eleventh for ISPT continuing a strong and productive relationship.  

CMW looks forward to another successful project for ISPT and working with the team at Aliro Group for the first time.
