Construction of the Bowen’s Cheltenham retail trade outlet and timber yard is well underway with full height precast installed, along with most of the structural steel.  Inground works continue, with services going down in preparation for concrete slab pours to start.

There is a major retaining wall being installed at the back of the site with the administration area mezzanine floor due to be installed later this week.

CMW has met and overcome a few challenges along the way, including addressing some challenging ground conditions.  The new façade is going to give this stretch of Reserve Road a much-needed face lift.
