CMW are pleased to announce the completion of Stage Three of the works for RACV at Noble Park.  The final stage of the redevelopment was the upgrade of the RACV courtyard, revitalising a large open space for the RACV staff on site.

The old courtyard was tired, overgrown and not particularly welcoming. The upgrade includes new paved areas, new planting and maintenance of the established canopy trees surrounding the space. Pergolas with adjustable louvers, lighting, heaters and fans offer protection from the elements, a new BBQ, planters and an array of new furniture creates a welcoming and adaptable space.

The space is a hit with the RACV staff who have made full use of the new facilities since it was opened taking advantage of some winter sun.

The scope of work is a step beyond the landscaping and outdoor spaces CMW usually deliver as part of our industrial projects and we are very proud of the excellent result achieved.
