CMW are very proud to announce that we have been awarded the ESR Australia project to redevelop their Cherry Lane site.  Following on from our successful project for ESR at Somerton, CMW has won the tender to deliver the new 26,000+sqm warehouse and office project in Laverton North.

Over the past thirty years CMW has had a successful run of projects in Cherry Lane and is looking forward to what is shaping up to be our biggest and best to date.  The facility will be set up for two tenancies, each with office space, super canopy, recessed docks, car parking and native Australian landscaping.  The project is targeting 5 Star Greenstar accreditation, with EV charging bays for each tenancy as well as sustainable materials and construction methods.

As you drive past the road works on the way to Geelong keep an eye out as the old building disappears and the new structure takes shape.
