CMW officially announce that Senior Project Manager, Stephen Roberts and Business Development Manager, Peter Wells have joined Tom Carlisle on CMW’s Board of Directors.

In following the business’s succession plan, Stephen and Peter’s elevation to Director completes the management transition following recent retirements.  Stephen and Peter will continue to contribute their individual skills, experience and expertise to running CMW Design & Construct.

Stephen is an experienced Senior Project Manager, who currently leads the CMW teams in delivering CMW’s largest projects.  Stephen is a tertiary qualified building professional with experience in Australia and the UK.  A specialist in the industrial sector, Stephen brings an understanding of the day-to-day delivery process along with project financial, compliance and systems management expertise.  Having spent the last eight years as one of CMW's lead Project Managers, Stephen has established relationships with our key delivery stakeholders and understands our customer’s priorities.  His no-nonsense approach, ability to identify and take on issue resolution and firm negotiating style will benefit the Board.

Peter is an experienced Senior Manager currently leading business development for CMW.  With engineering qualifications and 30 years in the construction and development industries, Peter has been working closely with outgoing Director, Frank Antolos over the last three years.  Peter combines an understanding what it takes to win and deliver a project to ensure alignment of CMW with the requirements of our clients.  In addition to his business development role, Peter’s experience in implementing operational management systems, as well as his drive and enthusiasm will continue to be beneficial to the business.
