CMW was awarded the design and construct contract to build a new maintenance facility for The Royal Melbourne Golf Club and has recently commenced on site.

The new facility is officially known as the Links Maintenance and Machinery Facility.  This project involves the demolition of existing buildings, including a house that used to be the home for the club's superintendent many years ago, and construction of a new maintenance warehouse / offices, along with the refurbishment and extension to an existing building which is being retained.

Royal Melbourne is ranked at sixth best golf course in the world - and obviously the best golf course in Australia.  It is the only Australian course in the World Top 10 in 2016.
