CMW Design and Construct are excited to advise we have been awarded the contract to deliver the next phase of Greenlink for ESR.

This cutting-edge project will see the creation of a purpose built 36,000 square meter warehouse featuring two separate offices, super canopies, at-grade and recessed loading docks, ample parking, and integrated landscaping - all seamlessly blending with the estate's master plan.

Located in Melbourne's dynamic south-east, Greenlink is an industry-leading industrial estate offering customers a rare opportunity to locate their operations in the most established logistics precinct in Victoria. The master-planned estate includes parkland, walking tracks, rich landscaping, and spaces for recreation whilst maintaining a strong focus on sustainability.
