With structural steel currently ongoing, construction is in full swing at 80 Stanley Drive, Somerton, Victoria.

The 10,300m² speculative-build facility sits on an established industrial estate home to customers such as Australia Post, Sorbent and Australian Brushware Corporation.

This new warehouse development will include a total of 491m² of office space across two floors, extensive car parking and bike bays, and a 36m hardstand with 5 canopied roller shutter doors.  CMW is coordinating closely with the tenant of the fully occupied adjacent building to maintain access and safe operation.
