CMW Design & Construct has completed work on the new facility for First Point Animal Services at Melbourne Airport.

First Point Animal Services operates an AQIS approved animal transfer facility.  They specialise in moving animals, including thoroughbred racehorses for each years Spring Racing Carnival.

The project saw CMW refurbish and modify the existing building (the DHL Airfreight Centre) at Melbourne Airport to the world class requirements of First Point Animal Services.  The DHL facility was originally built by CMW in 2001.

The warehouse area of the building was also modified to be an animal / livestock receivable / export facility to AQIS standards.
