After 28 incredible years of dedication and leadership, we bid a fond farewell to our esteemed Director, Frank Antolos.

Since joining CMW Design and Construct in 1996, Frank has been instrumental in shaping our company's success.  With his background in real estate and industrial focus, he forged strong relationships with key clients like McMullins, Mimivic Group, Goodman and Melbourne Airport paving the way for collaborative opportunities and growth.

Frank's leadership has been defined by his unwavering commitment to our core values of loyalty, fairness, transparency, and respect.  His influence has not only shaped the character of CMW but also inspired our team to strive for excellence every day.
