CMW Design & Construct has completed the construction of another project for the team at Goodman Group / MAC.

The project, located at Moorabbin Airport, incorporates three office / warehouses for separate tenancies with a floor area totalling approximately 20,000m². 

Goodman have invested in premium finishes in the offices including polished concrete floors and exposed ceilings.  Landscaping has been a priority with green wall security fencing along Grange Road and indigenous planting around each of the three Tenancies.

The project continues Moorabbin Airport’s commitment to reduce its environmental footprint.  CMW included sustainable elements such as a solar array and rainwater harvesting in the design and construct delivery of the project.

CMW’s delivery of the project facilitated Goodman securing all three new tenants during the construction phase, with each section of the work completed on time and on budget.
