We're excited to share an update on the progress of our Lot 11 project at Greenlink, ESR Australia & NZ’s development in Cranbourne West, Victoria.  Things are moving along smoothly, with some significant milestones reached:

• The main structural steel is now up, providing the framework for the 36,000 sqm warehouse.
• Cladding is now enclosing most of the building, bringing the structure to life.
• Work on the two office spaces is advancing well.
• The internal fibrecrete slab pours have begun, taking us one step closer to completing the warehouse floor.

Additionally, we’re thrilled to announce that the project was recently the subject of the onsite component of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) system accreditation checks, carried out by third-party auditors.  We’re pleased to report that the project passed with flying colours, highlighting our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility on site.
