CMW Design & Construct has completed the substantial refurbishment and premium upgrade for Northern Honda in Cooper Street, Epping.
CMW’s latest auto dealership project refurbished a showroom originally built by CMW in 2003. In addition to breathing new life into the façade, car yard and showroom, the service centre was upgraded with a new check-in area and a new 1,000m2 spare parts warehouse. The purpose-built facility includes a mezzanine level increasing Honda’s capacity to hold spare parts locally improving service delivery across the whole of Melbourne.
The experienced CMW team overcame all the obstacles thrown up by Melbourne’s rolling shutdowns. Maintaining a safe worksite in one of Melbourne’s most adversely affected suburbs was not easy, but the CMW team got the job done on time and budget.
