CMW has recently commenced construction of a new business park that will be anchored by Precision International.

Established in 1970, Precision is Australia's leading engine parts company specialising in wholesale service to the engine rebuilders and automotive resellers industries.

The business park will be the new home of Precision and will also see the construction of an additional nine buildings.  Precision's national headquarters will include 900m² of two level office and 4,200m² of warehouse.

Building 2 comprises an office of 1,000m² and a warehouse of 1,500m².  Buildings 3-10 are smaller 'high-tech' office / warehouses averaging 325m² each.
