CMW is proud to announce the completion of the new Reece Distribution Centre at Melbourne Airport on time and on budget.

The project included over 10,500m² of office / warehouse, 25,000m² of hard stand, trade sales space for three separate Reece subsidiaries, warehouse office and amenities and the infrastructure to support the development.  The infrastructure included the extension of Link Road, extension of the Link Road stormwater drain, power and electrical services as well as a half a kilometre of stormwater swale drain looping out from the rear of the site across open grassland.

The large, high-capacity hardstand area designed for storing steel pipe was constructed using post tensioned concrete pavement.
