CMW has once again been contracted by the Bayford Group, this time to build their new Ford dealership and corporate headquarters at 356 Cooper Street, Epping.  Sitting adjacent to the group's VW dealership (also built by CMW), the new Ford dealership will be a first of its kind in Victoria under the new design guidelines from parent company Ford in the USA.

The project is significant for the Bayford family as it will be completed for the group's Centenary.

CMW commenced construction of the new dealership in early October 2016, with completion scheduled for June 2017.

Total dealership floor area including corporate offices is in excess of 5,500m².
