CMW has completed the expansion of the CDC Bus Depot at Oakleigh South on time and on budget.  The work was completed in coordination with the Depot Operations Team, who were able to maintain all bus services without disruption from the construction.

The construction works were delivered while the depot, including the workshop, maintained full operation.  The new facilities doubled the size of the bus mechanic’s workshop and added over 3,000m² of bus parking.  This extension increases the depot’s overall capacity as well as improving safety for drivers and mechanics. 

The improved fuel facilities have increased both capacity and environmental controls and CMW’s new rooftop solar array adds sustainable energy production, reducing the carbon footprint and operating costs.  

This is the third project CMW has completed for CDC Victoria and we look forward to the next one.
