Construction of a 10,000m²+ speculative office and warehouse for The GPT Group at Foundation Estate in Truganina, is well underway.

On a great site, the building is taking shape with inground works and the steel structure completed.  The cladding has commenced with multiple workfaces open across the site.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by late June 2022.
