CMW are proud to announce the completion of our first project for The GPT Group.  

The new office and warehouse project at 143 Foundation Road Truganina was completed on time and on budget and handed over to a happy client team.

The building area is over 10,000 sqm with a car park, two storey office and hardstand surround with a super canopy over the loading area.  The site, located in the Foundation Estate is adjacent to Laverton Creek reserve and is designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star standard.  The site team successfully delivered the project with no environmental non-conformances recorded.
