CMW are pleased to announce that we have been engaged by ESR Australia to construct a 9,810 sqm warehouse extension at Somerton.

This will be CMW’s first contract for ESR Australia, a leading developer and manager of industrial, logistics and commercial property.  The ESR Group is APAC’s largest real asset manager and the third largest listed real estate investment manager globally.

The site is currently occupied by an existing tenant with works to be closely coordinated to minimise impact on their ongoing operations.

With planning approvals already in place design work has commenced and the team is looking forward to getting onto site.
