CMW Design & Construct is excited to announce our appointment to deliver a new car park and warehouse for RACV at Noble Park.  In collaboration with Direct Property Connect this is CMW’s first construction project for RACV.

The first phase of the project is the design and construction of a multi storey car park to provide new, safe and secure parking for RACV staff and their tenants.  

The second phase of the project involves the design and construction of new warehouse and manufacturing facility for Hyzon Motors.  Hyzon is a leading global supplier of zero-emission hydrogen fuel cell powered heavy vehicles.  The new purpose-built facility will include corporate offices, assembly warehousing and workshop areas.  

Hyzon's new manufacturing facility is expected to generate over a 100 localised engineering and manufacturing jobs, with hundreds more indirect jobs expected through the supply chain.  The project is part of RACV’s support of the transition to a cleaner energy future.
