Bowens Cheltenham is now completed and open for business.  Intended to meet the high demand for building materials in the southeast suburbs, the new timber yard presents a bright new façade in the heart of the Reserve Road industrial precinct. 

To complete the project CMW successfully navigated the complexities that come with a brown field site.  Cheltenham is the fourth site delivered for Bowens by CMW after our Epping, Hallam and Corio projects. 

The CMW delivery team is moving onto the next Bowens project, due to commence at Hastings in the coming weeks.
