CMW has been appointed to deliver a new Workshop and Office at the AutoNexus vehicle receiving facility in Pinnacle Road.  The new development enables AutoNexus to expand their current operation with new buildings and reconfigured infrastructure.    

AutoNexus work with OEM’s, Distributors, Automotive Dealers, Government, Emergency Response Groups, Fleet, Trade and Industry customers to receive, prepare and deliver all types of vehicles.  The new 5,000m² workshop and outbuildings will provide a safer, more efficient and more secure facility for AutoNexus’s operations.

CMW will work with our Architects, Engineers, AutoNexus and Project Manager CBRE Asia Pacific to design a purpose-built facility, obtain approvals and construct the new buildings.  CMW will call on our expertise in auto workshops and warehouses to deliver a lean design within a tight timeframe.
