CMW are pleased to announce that we have been engaged by The GPT Group to construct a new office and warehouse at their Foundation Estate in Truganina.

The 10,000m²+ facility will be the first project by CMW for The GPT Group, with the new project joining existing fully leased buildings in the Foundation Estate in Truganina.  The project program runs through to mid-2022 and involves the delivery of a state-of-the-art warehouse with office, super canopy, heavy duty hardstand and staff & visitor parking.  The new GPT Group asset will be built to meet the Green Building Council 5-star Greenstar requirements.
