CMW is proud to announce our appointment by Lincraft to build their new office and warehouse at Merrifield Business Park.  The site is designed for the future growth of Lincraft allowing them to expand their footprint and update their office from their existing facility in Derrimut, that was also built by CMW.  

We have worked closely with Lincraft to develop a bespoke solution to their requirements.  The 13,000m² warehouse is designed with a modern office area and amenities in excess of 1,000m², which also includes an adjacent landscaped outdoor area for staff to enjoy.

We have started on site and look forward to delivering another successful project for Lincraft.
