CMW have achieved Practical Completion of the new facility at No. 5 Horsburgh Drive, Altona North being the 11th project for ISPT and 1st for Aliro Group.

The new facility featuring two tenancies with a total building area over 10,000 sqm has come up to the top quality product we are proud of.  With a super canopy for warehouse 1, offices for each tenancy, shared car parking area and landscaped surrounds, the building is ready to go.

The project represents the continuation of a fifteen-year ISPT pipeline of projects that CMW have partnered with ISPT and establishes us with a new client in Aliro Group.
