CMW has completed their first project for ESR at Stanley Drive in Somerton Victoria.  Adding an additional 10,300 sqm to the facility currently occupied by Sorbent Australia the new project achieves full utilisation of ESR’s property.

The new warehouse includes an elevated office with views into the adjacent open space.  The project delivery has been successfully coordinated with the ongoing operations of Sorbent.  CMW appreciates Sorbent’s cooperation and the support of our client ESR.
