The Bowens Hastings Project marks the culmination of a sixteen-year relationship between CMW and Bowens, exemplifying a legacy of collaboration and trust.  This landmark project, the fifth new building constructed for Bowens, breathes new life into the site, which has been a cornerstone of the community for over 60 years.

The comprehensive scope of the project included the design and construction of a warehouse with a retail section, along with administration and sales offices.  The enclosed timber yard spans an impressive 5,031m², and features a trade warehouse of 1,000m², a super canopy, mezzanine floor, driveways, landscaping, and ample parking area.  This innovative design not only enhances operational efficiency but also provides a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

For CMW, the Bowens Hastings Project represents a continuation of their success in the Hastings bulky goods retail precinct, following the multi-tenant Tijac project delivered in 2022.  The project underscores CMW's ability to consistently deliver on-time and on-budget solutions that elevate the built environment and empower businesses to thrive.
