With construction completed by CMW in June 2017, the new Bayford Ford, Epping dealership is located adjacent to Bayford VW and houses the group's head office, along with a large showroom and state of the art workshop facilities.  The total dealership floor area including corporate offices is in excess of 5,500m² and the showroom design incorporates the new design guidelines from Ford's USA headquarters.

The project is significant for the Bayford family as it was completed for the group's Centenary.  To celebrate the Centenary and the new dealership, company founder Henry Ford's great-great granddaughter, Elena A. Ford officially opened the dealership in a celebration on 20th July, 2017.

Bayford Ford, Epping is the third dealership completed by CMW for the Bayford Group.
