CMW works are well underway on the new Distribution Centre for Reece at Melbourne Airport.

The office and warehouse structure is complete, with the trade warehouse taking shape at the front of the building.  Work on the 25,000m² of heavy-duty pavement for the pipe storage yard has commenced and is tracking on program.

In front of the building site the extension of Link Road and Business Park infrastructure, which is included in CMW’s scope of works, is progressing well.

The delivery is being carried out well within the tight compliance guidelines, including new biosecurity measures, associated with operating so close to Victoria’s main connection to the wider world.

Completion of the project is scheduled for late July 2021.
