CMW are proud to announce that we will be continuing the long running partnership with Melbourne Airport to design and construct a new office and warehouse in Steele Way.

Since 1998 CMW have been delivering design and construct services to deliver the Melbourne Airport Business Park.  The 24^th project to be undertaken by CMW at Melbourne Airport, the new warehouse is for a single tenant and designed to service the specialist logistics requirements of the Toll Group. 

The new building will have over 1,500 sqm of cool room and 8,000+ sqm of temperature-controlled warehouse.  The project also includes new office, hardstand, carpark and landscaping.
