CMW, a trusted leader in construction excellence, is delighted to announce the successful completion of Stage One of the RACV Noble Park project. This significant milestone represents a major step forward in enhancing the facilities and operational efficiency of the RACV site, benefiting both employees and visitors alike.

Stage One of the project encompasses a range of essential improvements that will have a lasting positive impact:

• Multi-Level Car Park: The newly constructed multi-level car park provides much-needed parking capacity, catering to the growing needs of RACV's employees and visitors.
• Ground-Level Open Car Parks: Additional open car parking spaces at ground level have been created to offer convenient options for RACV visitors & customers.
• Landscaping: Enhanced landscaping has been introduced, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the site and creating a welcoming environment.
• Access Road Upgrades: Roadways within the RACV Noble Park property have been upgraded to facilitate smoother traffic flow and access.
• Service Diversions and Infrastructure: The project includes critical service diversions and new service roads to support the vital communications infrastructure on the site.

Significantly, all these developments were executed seamlessly, staying true to the established program timeline. Throughout the construction of the new car park, CMW worked collaboratively with the RACV and Project Managers, DPC.  RACV maintained full operational capacity in its existing buildings, showcasing the dedication of both the project team, DPC and RACV to a smooth transition.

With Stage One now complete, works have already commenced on Stage Two, furthering the overall enhancement of the RACV Noble Park facility.
