Exciting developments are underway at CMW Design & Construct's Bowens Hastings project!  Our team is hitting key milestones on schedule:

• Roof and Wall Cladding:  We're pleased to announce the successful completion of roof and wall cladding, a crucial step in the project's progress.

• Warehouse Floor Concrete Pours:  With the cladding in place, concrete pours have begun within the new warehouse, shaping the foundation for the heart of our operations.

• Structural Frame Erection:  The structural frame of the new tradesman's warehouse and retail area proudly stands tall, a symbol of strength and progress.

• External Areas:  Progress continues on external roads and hardstand areas, with some sections already handed over to Bowens to support their ongoing operations.

The vibrant "Bowens" blue on the wall sheeting not only catches the eye but also signifies a significant upgrade to the timber yard that has been a part of this community for over 60 years.  We're honoured to play a role in this transformation.
