CMW has completed construction of an office / warehouse development for property developer / investor Larkfield Estate in Laverton North.

The 6,200m² development comprises two seperate office / warehouses that can be combined as one larger tenancy.  The buildings share a common fire wall with openings allowing single tenant use.

CMW worked closely with project managers, Robert Luxmoore Project Management to deliver this development for Larkfield Estate.
