CMW Design & Construct is currently completing another project with the Bowens Group of Companies, a major development in Corio for Timbertruss.

Timbertruss is a leading manufacturer of prefabricated timber products, specialising in roof trusses and wall frames.

The development comprises four separate buildings totalling in excess of 30,000m².  It includes a free standing two storey office of 1,700m² and overall is being delivered in stages to allow for the extensive fitout of equipment to Factories 1 & 2.

The completion of all stages is due in June 2018.
