We are excited to share the successful completion of CMW's latest project at Melbourne Airport - the Toll Healthcare facility!

This state-of-the-art 10,000 sqm temperature-controlled warehouse includes a 1,400 sqm cool room, an adjacent 81 sqm freezer, 280 sqm office space, 40 carpark bays, three recessed loading docks, and at-grade loading docks serviced by secure access roads and hardstand.  The site, located within the Melbourne Airport Business Park and adjacent to the new CSL Manufacturing facility, is bounded by landscaped street frontages on three sides.

We are proud to have completed this project on budget and ahead of schedule, thanks to the dedicated efforts of our team and close coordination with Toll representatives.  Key achievements include meeting building performance goals to comply with chain of custody standards for healthcare products and building for Australian Excellence in Sustainability.

This facility is targeting a five-star Greenstar rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, showcasing our ability to deliver sustainable building practices.
